YesDescription of WorkProvides and manages the planning and coordination for University Academic, Athletic, and internal and external Facility Rental events in designated areas of responsibility, which may include customer support, AV/IT support, videoconferencing, sound system, meeting support and production. This person will be required to work nights and weekends as dictated by the events schedule on a regular basis. Strong client relationship and relationship management skills.
This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

#LI-DNIMinimum Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Two years of post-secondary education
Three years of experience supporting IT and AV technologies in a professional or University setting
Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows and/or Apple MacOS operating systems, software application administration and hardware
Experience with direct customer support
Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Preferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
Experience with space management software
Experience with technology research and development and procurement
Experience with managing vendor interactions
Experience and understanding of managing and operating audio/video equipment
Understanding of software related for athletics events such as scoring software platforms (such as Stat Crew, Genius Sports, Colorado Timing, Hy-Tek Meet Manager, Gymnastics Scorekeeper)
Experience with athletics video and analysis platforms (such as Playsight, XOS , Hudl, Sportscode, Right View Pro, BATS , Volleymetrics)
Experience with radio communication systems
The ideal candidate is an agile professional with strong interpersonal communication skills, flexibility and responsiveness; exhibits high ethical standards; proficient in managing time and competing priorities; responsive and committed to supporting, and motivating staff; committed to the ideals of a major public research university.
Pre-Placement Driving Record Review Required
