Patient Population: Adult Hematology- General medical oncology. RN navigator will provide patient education and care coordination. Community Hem/Onc is comprised of 5 clinics.
Certifications: BLS Required, Chemo Cert & ONS Required,
Experience: 2 Years of Oncology Experience needed, the RN will be providing education and care coordination. 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience requiredUnit: 1 - 33045 - HC.Tualatin Infusion Clinic
