Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Oncology Clinic - Infusion Nurse Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30), Monday-Sunday variable Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years of oncology experience and 1 year of ambulatory infusion experience required License: Valid state license preferred Certifications: BLS Required, Chemo Certification & ONS Required Must-Have: Epic experience Job Description: - Serve as a Community Hematology/Oncology Infusion Nurse.- Primary responsibilities include patient education and care coordination.- Float among five clinic locations as needed to meet department staffing needs, with consideration for preferred locations based on residence.- Work with an adult hematology and general medical oncology patient population.- Collaborate with RN navigators to ensure comprehensive patient care.- No on-call duty required.- Adherence to travel compliance and submission of necessary documents in a timely manner. - Prior references required to support experience.- Must have been gone for more than 6 months to be eligible as return staff.- Adaptability to floating within hospital networks as required.
