Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Oncology Chemo Certified Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year of oncology experience License: Must have or obtain required license prior to start Certifications: ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card Must-Have: EPIC charting experience Job Description: - Work as an Outpatient Clinic RN specializing in Oncology and Chemotherapy.- Responsible for managing a patient ratio of 7:1.- No floating required between units.- No on-call or weekend work is required.- Block schedules are unknown.- Required to work 3 of the 5 specified holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.- Complete 40 hours of orientation.- Modules are non-billable and average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires approval.- Modules must be completed before start and annually; time spent is self-reported.- COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.- Flu vaccine status is unknown.- Scrub color: Any color allowed for all staff.- Communication devices provided if necessary for the assignment.- Expected to float between nearby sister facilities, if applicable.
