Job Description
The PProject Developer (WECC) will be responsible for:
Take responsibility for project success by driving project development and value creationOwn the execution of the project development strategy in the marketDirect market-wide activities, emphasizing budget management and project profitabilityLead and/or manage due diligence on projects, sites, and counter-parties for acquisition projectsAnalyze and interpret regulations, policy changes, program economics, input prices, and other data by market to provide input to the company's business plan and development strategyHelp guide a small team to enable regional success and solve project-specific challengesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Project Developer (WECC) will have
2-4 years of experience in project development with emphasis on utility scale windExperience with at least 2 technologies (wind experience is a plus)Experience in early stage development of wind projects: greenfielding, lease negotiations, interconnection, and permittingFamiliar with taking projects from conception through to NTPBachelor's degree in engineering, business, environment or a related fieldPlease still apply if you have smaller scale projects but could still see yourself contributing
What's on Offer

$120,000 - $140,000 base salary
