SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst assesses Alivi’s financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. They analyze financial trends, prepare reports, and create financial models to guide budgeting, investment and strategic planning. The Financial Analyst role involves interpreting data, forecasting, and collaborating with teams to enhance the company’s financial performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Estimate monthly IBNR/IBNP-Provider payables and reconcile corresponding liability accruals. Produce a monthly financial business review for each entity and line of business including financial KPI's. Research and document monthly significant variances to budget GM. Produce a quarterly gross margin analysis by payor including financial KPI's. Organize and compile data for the development of quarterly reforecast. Compile data and organize template for budget development. Update budget and forecast numbers in the accounting system. Assist in the preparation of scenario analysis. Develop template for new payor/service implementation- revenue, margin, volume and operating resources. Adapt template for new payor/service assessment as per specifications case by case. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting or finance. Strong analytical skills Ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results. Excellent written, communication and data entry skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills Moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
