Who you are:

As a

Senior Data Governance Analyst

with Frost, you will administer and implement the Frost Data Governance Program in alignment with industry practices, Frost standards, regulatory requirements, and governmental policies. You will use your analytical skills, innovative personality and desire to build relationships to collaborate with multiple lines of businesses. These insights will help you understand the problem at hand and create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data and data analysis techniques.

What you'll do

:Support strategic and operational functions by planning and developing data governance practices to establish a controlled data management environmentCollaborate with lines of business to support the development of multi-year roadmaps and implementation plans for data management and governance initiativesDesign audits, peer reviews, and monitoring of KRIs/KPIs to develop data governance oversight processes and measurement approaches for internal policies, standards, and capabilitiesLead and support strategy meetings with Data Governance, Data Owners, and Data Stewards to aid in setting strategies for the bankAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Finance, in a relevant field, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Data Quality at a financial institution or in another highly regulated industryDemonstrated experience in developing and maintaining data governance and process management documentationExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex data governance issues, policies, regulatory requirementsProven experience successfully working across stakeholder groups, including internal team, technology, and functional & business partnersDemonstrated knowledge of innovations, industry standards, laws, and regulations for data management and governance as it relates to financial institutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work within a remote environmentAdditional Preferred Skills:

Advanced knowledge of data management components and capabilitiesExperience developing a data governance program from the ground upAbility to paint the 'paint the big picture,' with the willingness to 'roll up the sleeves' and get things doneCertified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification, Certified Data Professional (CDP) certification, Data Governance Stewardship Professional (DGSP) certification, and/or Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) certificationExperience leading implementation of data governance processes and workflows using market leading tools like Atlan, Alation, Informatica, or CollibraExperience developing and managing data quality rules, executing and managing data quality checks, developing reporting and controlsOur Benefits:
