Who we are looking for
We are seeking a self-motivated candidate who is subject matter expert in a Loans SME to join the transformation team and work on LoanHQ which is STTs strategic solution for Loans and Private Credit embodying all processes and technologies related to loans and their servicing for the world's largest investor manager clients.

What you will be responsible for
You willLead design discussions on the Loans product with the business at State Street, our Clients, vendors and ITResponsible for helping to drive execution for key milestones across the various workstream in a timely and cost effective manner. Being responsible for the next gen design of innovative solutions for our LoanHQ platformBe the subject matter expert for multiple technology-business functions relating to Loans or draft in SME expertise as and when requiredCollaborate with business analysts and business users to gather requirements and write stories in Agile to guide the milestones towards the target end stateWork with business analysts and developer team to refine requirements and generate Acceptance Criteria for storiesPlan out with Quality assurance and business teams UAT (user acceptance testing) and BUAT testing (respectively)Collaborate with business teams and developers to plan Product installationCommunicate progress and timelines to senior management as neededBe accountable for milestone delivery datesWhat we value

Strong critical thinking neededKnowledge of or work experience processing Activity on Loan Applications E.G Wall street officeKnowledge of "how" service providers and investment manager clients work together in the loan ecosystemExperience with how loans work end to endAbility to work independently as well as part of a larger teamAbility to Navigate SSB architecture and structure related to IT deployment projectsPrevious client facing responsibilitiesEducation & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or economics related fields.10+years experience working with the loan productPrior experience at an Investment Manager or a loan service provider highly valued

Salary Range:$100,000 - $167,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
