We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at Fellowship Village, a Life Plan Community (CCRC). Our team provides services to residents in sub-acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Evaluates clients, develops appropriate treatment goals and methods, implements the physical therapy treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.* Instructs client in the skills and techniques required for participation in mobility activities, and evaluates client progress, attitudes, and behavior as related to rehabilitative potential.* Adapts program according to the needs of individual client.* Puts customer service first: ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual’s needs and rights.* Possesses an understanding of and support of the mission and philosophy of Fellowship Senior Living.* Provides supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants including: case conferencing, co-signing treatment notes, and onsite client supervisory visits.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Must be a graduate of an Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) certified school.* Current and Valid NJ OT license* Minimum 1 year experience in sub-acute setting* Schedule flexibility- weekdays, evenings, and weekends* Seasonal flu vaccine required.
