To Apply for this Job Click HereJob Summary :The Senior Accountant plays a key role in the finance department, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the organization's financial health.Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial data and timely reconciliation of accounts.Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.Reconcile complex accounts, including bank accounts, accounts payable, and receivable, and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and post journal entries related to accruals, prepaids, and other adjusting entries.Assist with external audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial regulations and internal policies.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate data and variance analysis.Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of financial data across multiple business units or projects.Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management for decision-making support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations, including AP/AR, tax filings, and payroll.Identify process improvements to increase efficiency within the accounting function.Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).4-6+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members across departments and with external auditors.
