Carrier Enterprise Southeast currently has an exciting Lead Warehouse Associate opportunity at our Summerville, SC location.
Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business to business (B2B) environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliverand service Carrier, Bryant Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CE offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best in class customer service and valuable, timesaving services that positions CE as an industry leader. With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.

SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming HVAC equipment and part supplies, picking, scanning and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving product in the warehouse. Our Warehouse Operations are bin located and the goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or returnLoading and unloading delivery vehiclesKeeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouseUpholds Environmental Health and Safety standardsScanning products to ensure products are shipped to the right destinationWorks closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for delivery of productsProvides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)Qualifications: Warehouse Associate
Proven experience in warehouse operationsExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skillsProven commitment to customer service and a safe working environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle multiple tasksFull-time and Part-time positions are available.
