Payroll Accountant with Paycom
Location:
Downtown Atlanta
Salary:
Up to $80,000 base salary, plus a 20% bonusResponsibilities:Process payroll for 150 employees using Paycom.Handle bookkeeping tasks with a focus on the general ledger.Maintain and reconcile accounts using Sage Intacct.Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in financial records.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Administer employee benefits programs.Requirements:Experience with payroll management, specifically using Paycom.Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting.Proficiency in Sage Intacct.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.No degree required.Benefits:Competitive base salary up to $80,000.20% performance-based bonus.Generous vacation package including 21 days PTO, the week between Christmas and New Year's off, and 9 standard holidays.Free Marta Pass for commuting.Opportunity to work in a dynamic downtown Atlanta office.
