Grande Cheese Company in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking an agile and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to source high-performing candidates for our organization within our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening and sourcing candidates, and providing a best-in-class experience for both applicants and internal stakeholders as they navigate through the recruitment experience. You will have the honor of serving as a brand ambassador and culture champion!
To ensure success as the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should possess experience as a recruiter with demonstrated ability to attract the ideal candidate - to include identification of top and emerging talent and position Grande as the "employer of choice". Our ideal candidate will be dynamic, collaborative, and engaging to drive success through building effective relationships both internally and externally. What you need to be considered for the role:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or other closely related field is preferred.Minimum one (1) years of related experience required.Strong focus on recruitment experience is desired.Good knowledge of HR practices and strategies, employment law, recruitment programs and selection processes.Intermediate level of operations in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and HRMS.
