Required Skills & Experience- Confident overseeing 3+ Scrum teams at a time- Heavily working with software engineers- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for two scrum teams.- Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the teams progress.- Act as a liaison between the scrum teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
