Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with software development teams.Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Required Skills & Experience- Confident overseeing 3+ Scrum teams at a time- Heavily working with software engineers- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for two scrum teams.- Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the teams progress.- Act as a liaison between the scrum teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
