The ideal candidate will have led multiple high-visibility, large-scale technologies and managed the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large-scale, cross functional initiatives. This person will perform the role of technical PM & scrum master. This person should be able to improve the delivery of solutions through innovation and persistence, serving teams consisting of product & engineers.

Duties:-Supports Product Owner(s) with project coordination, scoping, tracking action items, maintaining project schedules and milestones-Oversees all relevant scrum activities; standups, grooming, sprint closeout, planning, facilitate sprint demos and retrospectives day-to-day activities for project team members to ensure blockers are removed and increase team throughput (maximize team velocity)-Protects team from outside distractions so engineering can focus on their work-Owns reporting and communication on project status to various levels of the organization-Organizing and maintaining project artifacts-Manage and mitigate project risks & issues-Ability to anticipate / report and mitigate issues that will impact schedule/quality-Take meeting minutes and distribute to attendees

Required Skills & Experience-5 plus years of Agile technology project management-A proven track record of delivery successful, innovative solutions across a range of project sizes and types-Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager on large, complex, integrated systems-Experience working with tight deadlines and very visible high pressure project-Have seasoned experience leading sprint activities (standups, sprint planning, sprint scope, release plan, backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.)-Have strong communication skills; be aware of others' preferences, and be aware of your own biases-Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs and conditions around project delivery-Be a high performing individual that can deliver in a fast-paced environment-Strong PPM toolset: JIRA and Smartsheet's-Proactive and solution-oriented team member who can identify operational issues and recommend a path forward-Location: Important to have candidates that reside in the greater Los Angeles to physically go onsite 2 to 3 times per week at the Studio Lot in Burbank.-BS or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Studio/Entertainment-Studio/Film Production Technology experience-Experienced with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI-PMP certification plus-Certified Scrum master a plus
