T-SQL Developer (CUIC)

Location: Dearborn, MI /Hybrid/ RemoteDuration: 36 Months

Description:We focus on implementing the next generation of Contact Center Voice solutions that will deliver enhanced value to our customers, dealers, and business partners, and provide superior customer experience.We are looking for a talented and experienced Database and Reporting Developer for the CUIC Team.The CUIC team supports the Contact Center's reporting and intelligence processes through the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Google Cloud Platform. The Database and Reports Developer is responsible for providing solution options for business requests, supporting the existing Contact Center platform and dependent components, and assisting Contact Center's business processes. To join the experienced, highly skilled, US-based team supporting the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center for the Client enterprise contact center.

Skills Required:Must have experience as a Microsoft SQL/TSQL developer - Must have strong experience in Database design and report development - Must understand complex SQL queries for relational databases - Must have the ability to develop ad hoc queries to isolate problems

Skills Preferred:Nice to have experience with IBM Informix, GCP (Big Query, Cloud Spanner) - Nice to have database administration experience with jobs, stored procedures, link servers, and password management - Nice to have knowledge of call center business processes and customer call flow interactions - Nice to have a conceptual understanding of Cisco voice networking - Nice to have knowledge of business operation tools and processes including Agile, SAFE, Rally, Jira, ServiceNow, and general ITIL best practices, IT Service Management

Experience Required:5 Years working in-depth with the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) tool; 10+ years preferred

Education Required:Must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
