Who We Are Looking For:Are you the Occupational Therapist we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic clinical team and bring an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. JRI Provides The Training So That:YOU will be able to provide OT services while developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with clinicians by selecting therapeutic activities designed to achieve therapeutic goals for our students such as; self-care and wellness, independent life skills, and sensory modulation, etc. as well as activities of daily living YOU will be able to provide documentation on service recipient's treatment plans, progress, and evaluation results per OT policy to provide information concerning content and effectiveness of Occupational Therapy treatment, recommend additional interventions, as indicated. YOU will be able to create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and by role modeling effective coping strategies.Why JRI? Be who you are! Requirements:Must be 21 years of age.Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required. Experience working with diverse families, cultures, children and adolescents preferred.
