REMOTE WORK NOT AVAILABLEJob SummaryFront desk role including administrative ops, bookkeeping (Quickbooks), and other financial services duties.Duties- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails- Maintain and organize physical and digital files- Assist with data entry tasks and updating records- Support staff with scheduling appointments and meetings- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors- Front Desk DutiesSkills- Previous experience in financial services- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a requirement- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipmentA background check will be conducted.Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per week + Saturdays during Tax Season (OT)Benefits:401(k)Health InsuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Financial services: 1 year (Preferred)
