Summary
The Production Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment and tooling in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will be expected to follow production schedules, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This posting is primarily for our PE plant located in Richmond Hill, GA. The starting base rate of pay will be
$20.20
per hour. Upon being hired, team members who demonstrate advanced skills may qualify for a higher level of pay in the future.

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assemblies (BSAs) and Electric Powertrain (PE) Systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
The responsibilities of a Production Machine Operator are to include but not limited to;Operating various production equipment and toolingAssembling products and parts in manufacturing processesPerforming validation testingMeeting deadlines of individual production targets during shiftCreating progress reports, defect reports, and incident reports as necessaryMaintaining lineside stock levelsKeeping the worksite cleanReviewing and following manufacturing manuals/processesFollowing the company's safety and quality guidelinesBasic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalentGood communication and teamwork skillsRespect for othersPunctualityAttention to DetailCleanlinessFlexibilitySafetyPreferred Experience
Automotive manufacturing experienceExperience with SAP/MESAutomated production line experienceGood understanding of how production equipment worksAbility to detect potential problems with machineryKnowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measuresWorking Conditions
100% on production floorExtensive walking and standing on the production line.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.Team based working environment.Required to always wear PPE correctly.
