Minimum Qualifications:
Current State NursingLicense as a APRN or Physician Assistant.Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP or ANCC or Certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire.DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.BLS certification
Physical Requirements:
Thephysical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing,hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitivemotion. Must have good balance and coordination. The physical requirements ofthis position are medium work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionallyand/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently. The Nurse Practitioner is required to have closevisual acuity including color, depth perception, and field of vision to performan activity, such as assessing patients, and analyzing data and figures;transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading. Frequentinvasive and non-invasive patient contact. Exposure to patient body fluids aswell as exposure to hazardous or poisonous materials.
