Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

In this role, you will support senior accounting management by handling financial data, processing invoices and payments, and preparing journal entries and reconciliations. You'll ensure accurate data entry, reconcile invoice discrepancies, and monitor vendor and customer accounts. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, managing fixed assets, performing audits, and analyzing costs and revenues. Adhering to internal controls, maintaining confidentiality, and improving workflow efficiency are also essential.

Qualifications:

At least three years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and the ability to research as needed.

Excellent analytical, math, and attention-to-detail skills.

Effective time management, organizational skills, and adaptability.

Positive, energetic team player with strong communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems; Acumatica experience is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
