Communicate with field managers at various locations regarding accounting questions via mostly email (and some phone) while providing excellent internal customer servicePrepare journal entries as needed in SAP Accounting softwareMake sure that monthly P&L statements are an accurate reflection of the results of the periodEnsure balance sheet accounts reflect the correct balance and are reviewed and reconciled monthlyPerform balance sheet review funds, inventory, entitlement Accruals, etc.) and operation closuresTrain managers via phone to use and understand Accounting SAP Accounting softwareEnsure that all managers' contact information is updated and correct in SAP Accounting softwareAdhere to Accounting policies and procedures and maintains internal controlsQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with at least a 3+ months of accounting internship/work experience (AP, AR, G, tax, etc.) OR an Associate's Degree and at least 2+ years of general ledger accounting experienceStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)Excellent customer service skillsGreat verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure of tight deadlinesCategory Code: JN001
