About the role:As a Staff Accountant with TQL, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and communicating vital financial information and business metrics to our stakeholders. By pursuing efficiency and improvement, youll be a part of a team that is helping accelerate TQLs rapid growth nationwide.

What youll be doing:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reportsAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsPerform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accuratelySupport the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustmentsCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controlsAssist with audits by providing necessary documentation and informationReview employee expense reports and prepare accruals for expenses
What you need:Bachelors degree in Accounting required1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
