About the Role:As an Accounting Co-Op for TQL, you will be working with a team of Staff Accountants and our Assistant Controller to help in the preparation, analysis and communication of vital financial information and business metrics. This is a full-time, paid Co-Op for Spring 2025.

What youll be doing:Manage the customer refund and rebate processesManage daily bank activity and responsible for booking daily bank activity into the general ledger.Assist in the financial reporting process and the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial data, statements, reports and supporting documentationReconcile assigned general ledger accounts in a timely manner.Contribute in the coordination of the year-end audit by the external accounting firmSupport the team with the monthly and quarterly presentation of financial statement information to the CFO
What you need:Pursing Bachelors Degree in Accounting with a strong GPAStrong work ethicExperience in Microsoft ExcelAccuracy in daily work and other projectsAbility to meet communicated schedules and deadlinesTeam player mentalityExcellent organizational and communication skillsCapable to operate in a fast-paced environment
