Needs healthcare experienceWe are looking for someone who can help prepare for budget season and serve as a back-up for the three SFAs currently supporting the three service lines. This position also has the possibility for the contractor to go from temp to perm.
Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office Tuesday and Friday WFH
JOB DESCRIPTION:The Senior Financial Analyst , support the Hospital Based Physicians (HBP) service line within Physician Services Group ( PSG). ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of analyses relating to the financial statements and operations as well as other duties as assigned by the HBP Controller.
Primary activities of
this role:
Create and maintain weekly operations projectionsCoordinate with HBP operations leadership for product-line a nd divisional monthly presentationsssist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of tools that will be used in the revenue and collection processes for variance analysisBecome familiar with PSG revenue cycle policiesPrepare forma reports for new locations or marketsPrepare annual projection and bud get processd hoc report development in platforms such as Microstrategy/Essbase/Bus iness ObjectsProvide support to practice accounting related to standard b illing systems & reconciliation
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic s or related field as requiredCPA designation is preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a financial or accounting position
