1. On a regular basis, analyze complex data sets to proactively identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights that support financial and operational decision-making and strategies.2. Collect industry and client specific data to support reprices, renewals and RFPs for our Network Providers and Clients.3. Track financial and operational performance KPIs, using Excel, Power Query, Power BI and other analytics tools to identify risks, opportunities and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.4. Support the Finance Team by analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive financial reports, build and maintain financial models for forecasting financials (revenue, expenses, profitability, etc.). This includes, but is not limited to scenario planning, ROI analysis, and pricing strategies.5. Support pricing and general analytics by developing, analyzing and communicating strategies around pricing models, price competitiveness, and market/client/provider pricing sensitivity.6. Develop other ad hoc analyses on an as-needed basis to support all departments to optimize revenue, profitability, operational performance, and client and provider satisfaction.7. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional departments to understand business needs and gather data requirements, and develop actionable solutions.8. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of analysis and reporting.9. Present insights and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.10. Create and implement solutions around process improvements for reporting and operational processes.11. Develop and maintain documentation for data analysis processes and methodologies.12. Provide training and support to end-users on data interpretation and usage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education, Licensure or Certification:•A thorough knowledge and understanding of business, finance, or accounting as normally obtained through the completion of a BS in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Work Experience or Related Experience:•2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, BI development, data modeling and visual creation.•Experience in healthcare, pharmacy or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) fields preferred•A high level of professionalism, customer service and discretion is required to represent the organization and interact with other organizations as described.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:•Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and methodologies, with a primary emphasis on using BI tools and methodologies.•Expertise in preparing detailed, interactive reports and dashboards for analyzing financial and operational opportunities.•Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and SQL required.•Proficiency in developing and maintaining financial and pricing models for ROI analysis, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.•Effective analytical and project management skills and the ability to remain focused and organized given multiple priorities is essential. This includes the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure and with tight deadlines, and work independently toward objectives.•Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively explain the requirements between both internal teams and external teams.•The ability to articulate, represent, and analyze solutions with the team while documenting, creating, and modeling them.•Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.•Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data visualization.•Capacity to perform in an atmosphere where agility and continued development are prioritized.

Equipment:•Working knowledge of a PC, business and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools are required•Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Quick Book Enterprise software is preferred

•Work is generally performed in an office environment or remote setting in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
