Position Overview

The City of Henderson announces an examination to create an eligibility list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Financial Analyst II in the Finance Department. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.

Under general supervision, coordinates and manages financial activity and budget administration for assigned department(s); conducts special studies, surveys, and research assignments in a variety of administrative and operational procedures which have departmental and/or major financial impact; and performs related duties as assigned.

Salary and Benefits

The standard schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm (4 day work week)This position may be eligible for remote work up to two days per week; at least 50% of work time must be spent in-person onsite.Work schedules and remote work opportunities are subject to change.This option for remote work is only available for incumbents who have completed their probation or qualifying period.
