ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.Fixed asset processing and reporting.Develop and update budgets.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly.Review and approve all disbursements prior to processing.Research and reconcile all discrepancies.Manage 1-2 direct reports (with growth)Develop employee's compensation and bonus structuresAdditional projects directed by Controller, CFO and/or CEO.
Qualifications:Must have an accounting degree and minimum 5 years experienceCPA certification is a plusExpert in Excel and creating pivot tablesAccuracy in daily work and other projectsAbility to meet communicated schedules and deadlinesAdherence to policies, procedures, and instructions of Manager of Financial ReportingAbility to function as a team playerMonthly travel to Austin, TX
