Contract to Hire3 days/week onsite - Waltham, MAUSC and/or Green Card holder only***MUST CURRENTLY BE LOCAL AND AVAILABLE TO INTERVIEW ONSITESenior Business Systems AnalystAs a member of the Advisor Technology Solutions group, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will help to drive the success of our core product offering and focused on building out business capabilities. You will engage directly with internal stakeholders and business areas to translate business demands into requirements and actionable strategies. You will champion the interests of our community and will shape the growth, use and vitality of our technology solutions, ensuring its capabilities are continually delivered to meet business needs. You will be part of a team tasked with discerning business insights and will be instrumental in tailoring solutions that align with overall business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with subject-matter experts to analyze and document current system states and processes.Meticulously gather and document business requirements, emphasizing customer and support staff needs; collaborate with workstream leads to prioritize these requirements in line with phased objectives.Communicate business requirements effectively with external vendors.Facilitate and lead joint design sessions between business and IT stakeholders. Construct workflow charts and diagrams.Partner with QA and business to develop detailed use cases to guide UAT test plans.Ensure timely completion and distribution of all relevant documentation.Partner with internal product solutions teams to identify and enhance Agile process efficiencies.Lead cross-departmental initiatives for launching new product extensions.Core Strengths Possesses
an enterprise-wide level strategic view of projects and can understand how their work and goals fit into the larger company strategic direction.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes and deadlinesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetingsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to learn new complex enterprise-wide ecosystems with multiple applications, data sources and APIs and possesses a solid understanding of technologyCreative and detail-oriented problem solverComfortable working independently, but also an adaptable team playerModels the companys values of indispensable service: always courteous, responsive, and seeks out opportunities to serve external and internal partners; open to feedback and positively impacts morale and firm culture.Additional Skills and KnowledgeAt least 5 years of experience in processing mapping, use case diagramming, business analysis and requirements definition.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.Financial services background a strong plus.Experience with all stages of a project life cycle, including planning, analysis, design, construction, and testing.Previous experience with Atlassian tools a plus.Project management experience a plus.
