A highly creative, passionate, and organized Social Media and Sales Coordinator to oversee and execute social media for our property 500 Pearl. In this role, you will collaborate with 500 Pearl staff to assist with planning and coordinating various events social media. Must have a strong eye for detail and aesthetics, exceptional graphic design skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms, able to efficiently self-manage their projects and possess exceptional writing skills. As a SMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing engaging content that promotes our establishment across various social media platforms, designing the 500 Pearl apparel line, marketing internally hosted events, maintaining multiple websites, and interacting with our 500 Pearl staff.RESPONSIBILITIES:

(To include but not limited to)1. Activation Planning and Execution:- Work closely with sales team to develop creative and compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn for events at 500 Pearl.- Create visually appealing event graphics and listings that effectively promote the activations.- Manage Facebook events, ensure accurate and engaging event descriptions, and update attendees with relevant information.- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future content strategy-Attend OIL and Marketing Meetings-Host and Execute internal Activations2. Content Creation and Photography:- Create compelling visual content for all social media platforms to generate excitement and engagement working with existing company photographers where needed.- Use your creative and thoughtful eye to create high quality reels that showcase the facility, menu items, events, and promotions unique to 500 Pearl.- Maintain all digital signage and screens throughout the building.- Format and digitize outlet and activation menus3. Social Media Management:- Collaborate with Ellicott Development Marketing where applicable to develop a consistent social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives and drive brand awareness and engagement.- Create a schedule for posting social media content on social platforms ensuring regular updates, engagement, and branding.- Monitor social media trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our online audience.- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and engagement- Media and posts created with collaboration and approval from- Design and develop the 500 Pearl apparel line.4. Partnership and Internal event Planning:- Work with DOO on partnered events, detailing BEO and Building Diagrams- Work with vendors on events, leveraging sponsorships and partnerships5. VIP Point of Contact:-Utilize the Patricks cell phone to take reservations for Patricks rooftop, Wxyz and Spare Lanes.-Shifts on Friday and Saturday night to capture content, sell bottle service and interact with clienteleREQUIREMENTS:- Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.- Photography skills, with the ability to capture captivating images in various settings and lighting conditions.- Extensive knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling event descriptions and engaging social media captions.- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.- A positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to take direction and work closely with the operations team and marketing department.-Trustworthy individual with strong organizational and time management skills.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
