Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Title: Finishing OperatorSnap-tite Hose is seeking a Finishing Operator to join our life saving team! As a Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our revolutionary, one of a kind lay-flat hose. The ideal candidate will have strong passion for producing a product that is used on the front lines for our Fire Departments and Military personnel. Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues- Perform quality control checks on finished products- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulationsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Employee may need to work around extreme heat and moving machinery.Education/Training Requirement:High School Diploma, or GED required.
