AP/CP Board Certified, Dermatopathology fellowship-trained pathologist
for a 1.0 FTE position to sign out primarily or solely dermatopathology.Candidate would join 2 other fellowship-trained dermatopathologists on-siteVolume primarily from dermatologist clinics but also general surgery, family medicine, and othersCollegial group of 13 pathologists that value integrity, honesty, teamwork, and communication, with equal sharing of workload and equal holiday and vacation priority, regardless of years of serviceWork/life balance is a primary focusAll pathologists are subspecialty fellowship-trained and practice is crafted to allow pathologists to sign out primarily or solely in their fellowship-trained areasGuaranteed competitive salary first 2 years with upside after year 1 (upside is equal across pathologists with no partner buy-in; Pathologists are hospital/enterprise-employed, not privately contracted)Relocation stipend and yearly renewing CME fundsNo research or teaching required, although availableMinimum of 6 weeks time off in year 1; vacation time increases with additional years of serviceGrossing & histology labs are on-site with pathologistsPAs & grossing staff perform all gross dissections, including frozen sectionsNo autopsiesComprehensive benefits including dental, vision, disability & malpractice insurance, and 401k w/matchSponsor of H1B visa, cap-exempt
