Job DescriptionCox Consulting Network has been exclusively retained by a PE-owned, profitable healthcare company in its search for two Senior Financial Analysts. These are newly created positions and will be key members of the Finance team. The position is hybrid with 2 days per week in the office which is located in Austin.

OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Director and will be a valued business partner. This person will be a hands-on analyst and will be a key player in the company's budgeting, forecasting and KPI development. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker, have exceptional analytical skills, be a collaborative team player, and able to work with the executive leadership of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and enhance daily, weekly and monthly reports and metrics, or Key Performance Indicators (KPI), in conjunction with the leadership teamSupport finance and accounting efforts related to the analysis of the income statement and improving our review of gross marginAssist the effort to provide a rolling forecast to improve our estimates and real-time changes to the model as the business evolvesDevelop financial models and analysis to support business development and M&A activitiesAssist the Finance Director with treasury activities, particularly with respect to forecast estimatesExtract high volume of financial information from software data systems for analyses as requestedProvide backup support on Adaptive Planning financial forecasting, modeling, and reportingRequirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics, MBA a plus5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably corporate FP&AFinancial modeling, budgeting and forecasting experience a mustStrong Adaptive (or similar) system knowledge a plusIntermediate to Advanced MS Excel skillsDetail-oriented and ability to adapt quickly to changeStrong time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as neededHands-on, proactive mentality with desire and ability to seek out and implement best practicesAbility to analyze raw information, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMotivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with a team.Benefits
