The Press Brake Operator operates press brakes according to blueprint specifications. Assures timelines are met with the highest attention to detail and all safety guidelines are upheld.
Role and Responsibilities

Prepares setup, preventative maintenance, cleaning and operation of assigned press brakes
Ensures proper punch, die, package, and squareness of product based on blueprint or work order
Maintains high level of accuracy, efficiency, and safety
Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent
2 years of previous experience or equivalent demonstrated ability to perform all job functions
Must demonstrate proficiency reading specification blueprints
Training in machine safety and quality awareness preferred
