If you're enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people-first culture and an organization committed to good living, good food and good service, we'd love to talk to you!Primary Responsibilities:The Senior IT Product Owner is responsible for driving the development of digital products and platforms in our Data Engineering and Analytics space, acting as a key innovator and contributor to the success of the products., and providing leadership and guidance to a team. This role will serve as the customer proxy responsible for working with product teams and other stakeholders as well as optimize and redefine the product vision and feature opportunities, explore the feasibility and benefits of new capabilities, and translate these into tangible value. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHEs Mission, Vision, and Values.Essential Functions:DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage, present and lead presentations that inspire and lead highly collaborative product reviews and working sessions.Serves the organization by driving engagement with key internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize product functionality and capabilities.Leads and provides guidance to a team of product owners to achieve product mission objectives.Develops analysis for return on investment (ROI) for system and functional improvements and implements effective methods to evaluate the ROI.Delivers measurable business results through product innovative solutions along with maximizing the value of the product.Creates solutions to drive P&L results through an extensive understanding of KeHE business systems and processes.Establishes and implements new capabilities through an extensive understanding of KeHEs digital product development processes including technology stack, information architecture, team roles, and resource constraints.Manages associated products in various functional areas from the start of the vision through implementation and responsible for product success.Delivers the right solutions to customers with focus on product details and shortest sustainable lead time.Develops process and product improvements through conversion of the agile approach and performs as a leader by coaching and mentoring others as the approach is implemented.Leverages project management skills to deliver products on time and on budget.Partners with product engineering teams to ship products that provide engaging customer experience.Outlines documentation that provides clear and simple mission statements, objectives, release criteria, sprint goals, and product features.Reviews the status of projects on a regular basis.Creates dynamic and informative data visualizations that tell a story to stakeholders and allows them to understand product adoption and business value.Manage the roadmap to execute multiple product rollouts in parallel with an in-depth understanding of the products being delivered.Provide exceptional customer service experience to internal and external stakeholders.Other duties and projects as assigned.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:Strong communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.Strong problem solving skills pertaining to performing data analysis and making data driven decisions.Ability to determine how to use resources and time management for projects.Extensive experience interacting with all levels of leadership in the organization.Ability to manage, identify, and develop potential candidates.Critical skills and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on personal and professional development.Ability to adapt quickly to various situations.Ability to listen and understand others.Extensive problem solving and analytical skills.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree is a plus.4+ years of experience within an agile/scrum team, having served as a product owner or BA.2+ years of experience managing a team.Experience leading product development across technology form factors traditional, cloud, AI/ML.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
