Join us as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at StandardAero Augusta, where you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will help manage the seamless flow of incoming and outgoing products, ensuring everything meets our high standards of quality and compliance.

What You Will Do:

Conduct Inspections:

Perform thorough visual inspections of all incoming products, ensuring they align with purchase orders and established policies.Verify Sourcing:

Confirm that products come from approved vendors and guide them to the designated inspection area.Identify Materials:

Utilize the Check for Acceptance (CFA) process to identify materials that require inspection.Reconcile Discrepancies:

Research and resolve discrepancies found during cycle counts, documenting findings and entering data into our systems.Ensure Quality Control:

Segregate non-conforming materials to prevent their use and effectively communicate issues with relevant departments.Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep incoming trays clean and organize engine container yards for optimal orderliness.Prepare Shipments:

Get aircraft engine containers ready for shipment and expertly install engines into transport containers.Operate Equipment Safely:

Safely operate forklifts to transport aircraft engines, materials, and maintenance equipment between facilities.Manage Inventory:

Use our production management system for receipts, transfers, returns, and other inventory tasks.Stock Shelves:

Efficiently stock consumables and parts on warehouse shelving, organizing components into kits according to OEM manuals.Documentation:

Complete essential paperwork for credit and export compliance, vendor returns, and shipping.Basic Qualifications:

Professional experience in a Shipping & Receiving support role.High school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.Availability to work from 11:30am - 7:30pm M-F.Availability to work 1 weekend per month.Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift operator certification.Familiarity with material handling, inventory controls, and warehousing procedures.HAZMAT / dangerous materials handling certifications and/or trainingBenefits That Make Life Better:
