Total joint replacement experienceAre RN's required to titrate drips noCommon titratable &/or set rate drips we take Diltiazem/Cardizem drips at a set rate***Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit? Do RN's read strips? Yes, Yes RN s are required to interpret strips and sign at least once a shift.Charge Nurse/House Supervisor BothAre there Nurse Aides on this unit/Ratios Yes 1:10-15RT/Equipment (ie Cpap, Bipap, High Flow) BiPap, CPAP, breathing treatmentsShifts & Scheduling Shifts are 7-7. -Schedules are made out for 4 weeks. Self scheduling is used but not final until the managerbalances.

Weekend Requirement 2 weekends per 4 week scheduleHoliday Requirement For Christmas, New Years, andThanksgiving, I like them to work 2 days and and eve or 2 eves and a day (Christmas Eve,Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day)
