The

Administrative Assistant

will serve as our "First Impression" contact for our organization, providing concierge customer service and support to clients, guests, and employees. This position will effectively manage phones, mail, Reception and Conference Rooms, and coordinate and support the daily activities of our corporate Innovation Center.

What are we looking for

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as psychology, education, business. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of three (3) years of Reception / Administrative experience in a confidential, professional services environment required.Tech Savvy with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.Previous experience with Event Coordination.Experience using Concur T&E, Adobe, and Photoshop (or a similar software's) preferred.Strong organizational skills, exactness, and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Resourceful, works well independently and as a collaborator, takes initiative and ownership in daily tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
