This position is responsible for providing HR expertise by working closely with leadership supporting designated business units.What are we looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required.5 years of related experience required.Experience with HRIS navigation, Applicant Tracking Systems and reporting preferred.PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.Knowledge of employment laws including state and federal employment.Ability to adapt to the work and environment of a small company that is experiencing rapid growth via acquisition, with varying cultures.Must have situational awareness.Strong communication and customer service skills required.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentWorking with us:Our fast-growing organization offers competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
