The Industry Principal, Revenue Management reports to the Vice President, Industry Principals. This role serves as a voice of RealPage and brings industry experience with deep fluency and credibility in both the multifamily space and RealPage solutions. This position is a subject matter expert representing RealPage externally, guiding strategy internally. This position is responsible for bringing deep expertise of revenue management, and market data and analytics. This role will leverage their experience to represent RealPage as a thought leader in sales operations and product planning, through webcasts and blogs and other venues as needed.

#LI-AK1PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESParticipate in customer facing presentations as a subject matter expert to bring fluency into how our customers leverage RealPage solutions to optimize performance.Create deep cross-functional working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.Participate in field and sales enablement and provide rapid feedback with go to market motions.Assist with sales certifications and ongoing sales training.Build and deliver win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence to help inform Product, Marketing, and Sales strategy to best serve our industry.Represent RealPage as a thought leader and subject matter expert via multiple channels including webcasts, blogs, white papers, conferences, and other venues as needed.Track and report on industry trends related to revenue management opportunities and innovations, competitive offerings, and customer feedback.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in business or related field.10 years’ experience in the rental housing industry.Relevant, direct experience with multifamily data and pricing solutions required.Experience with SaaS specific real estate solutions preferred.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESAbility to travel as needed to client, prospect, and trade events.Strong command of writing fundamentals.Ability to write blogs and case studies.Ability to succinctly and fluently present complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way.Ability to present via in-person meetings, web meetings, and webcasts or videos.Physical Demands and Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
