Core service areas for CFS include Environmental Services Investigation and Remediation, Munitions Response/Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), Operations Support Services Bases, Ranges, Airfields, and Logistics/Warehouse Management.Primary FocusThe Operations Specialist Senior/Lead will assist in developing and administering industrial security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documentation and equipment while preparing manuals and outlining regulations and establishing procedures. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.ResponsibilitiesStudy and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.Prepare manuals, outline regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.Develop and administer industrial security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documentation, and equipment.Conduct security education classes.Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred.5 Years of Experience.Four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.Must be able to pass a background check, with additional checks as required by projects and/or clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them appropriately.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently to meet deadlines while establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Preferred Qualifications:Military Experience.Bachelor’s Degree.Reports to:

Program ManagerWorking ConditionsProfessional office environment.Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods.Ability to use a computer and office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet demands.Must establish a productive and professional workspace.Must work varying schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.Other Duties:
