$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on position and qualifications.
Variable hours available Monday through Sunday, 5-40 hours per week depending on season and availability.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) High school diploma or GED and 2) 3 credit hours from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development, or 1500 clock hours of experience in organized group activities for school-age children.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, schedule, conduct, and supervise programs and activities including, but not limited to, before and after school programs and/or summer day camps for school-age youth; supervise and assist staff and volunteers; general recreation center supervision during use by all ages.

Air Park Community Center, Belmont Recreation Center, Calvert Recreation Center, Everett Elementary School, “F” Street Community Center, Irving Recreation Center, McPhee Elementary School.
Nature of Work/Examples of Work PerformedTemporary, on call, and seasonal positions with the City are not eligible for benefits.
