Kelly Services has partnered with a local pharmaceutical company that is seeking a Chargebacks Specialist to join their team. This candidate will support the finance department and their AR teammates through reconciling and validating chargeback claims and

Apply today for immediate consideration!Responsibilities:Champion the chargeback process from start to finish.Gather and analyze chargeback reports from drug wholesalers.Review and validate the reported chargeback values from wholesaler’s match company records.In the event of discrepancies, meticulously review the source of the issue.Take ownership of the process to find a quick resolution to discrepancies.Clearly communicate results with internal and external stakeholders.Partner with pricing to ensure all data used in reconciliations is up to date.Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure anticipated credits match actual credits.Deliver regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior leaders on the value of reported chargebacks.Report customer sales to the corresponding Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).Report required information to the appropriate organizations in support of sales to the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS).Develop and improve existing processes, procedures, and spreadsheets to perfect processes.Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.2-3 years of experience with SAP, Infor Cloudsuite/Syteline, or similar ERPs.Preferably 5+ years of experience in an accounts receivable and/or accounting role.Superior attention to detail with a tenacity to discover the truth.Ability to work with autonomy.Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment is a plus.Prior experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) is a plus.As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
