Minimum Requirements:Must maintain a Commercial License (CDL) class B with passenger endorsement.Must pass a DMV driving record check and maintain clean driving record throughout employment.Must be able to exhibit excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Must have intermediate MS Office and e-mail experience.Ability to read, write and speak English.Ability to communicate effectively and work with all departments.Must be willing to have flexibility with schedule and work in a 24/7 environment, to include weekends and holidays.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, federal finger printing and a DOT physical examination.Skills:Must be able to operate iPad, cellphone, and personal computer.Ability to work under stress and meet strict timelines.Ability to work independently and objectively.Key Accountabilities:Oversite
Road Supervisors are to provide direct oversight of vehicle operators on the street.Observes driving skills and work habits of drivers in the field.Ensure that all operators are fit for duty, meet uniform and equipment standards and are in possession of proper licensing and certifications.Monitor pull-outs and service areas.Coaching
Provide feedback to safety and operations departments on service items that affect safety and performance.Identify potential safety hazards and provide feedback to be incorporated into daily operations procedures.Responsible for onboard evaluations, trail checks, drive cam and mentoring/coaching drivers.Operations
Assist dispatch and maintenance staff with vehicle change outs that occur in the field.Assist operators with service or passenger problems.Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures.Other duties as required.Additional Statements:Drug and alcohol screening:
