Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks to drive e-commerce sales and brand growth.Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies to optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting settings for maximum performance.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize spending and improve ROI.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives that align with the brand voice and resonate with the target audience.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, etc.) using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media buying, specifically within the Google ecosystem.Manage and optimize ad budgets, ensuring efficient spending and profitability while achieving targeted key performance indicators (KPIs).Work closely with the product and sales teams to align ad campaigns with business objectives, promotional activities, and product launches.Identify new opportunities for campaign growth and improvement within the Google Ads platform.Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in media buying, specifically within the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).Proven track record of managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns, particularly for DTC or e-commerce brands.In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad management tools.Strong understanding of PPC strategy, including bidding, ad formats, keyword research, and audience segmentation.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proficiency in using spreadsheets and analytics software to track campaign metrics and performance.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Google Ads certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:

Experience with shopping campaigns and Google Merchant Center.Familiarity with retargeting strategies and tools like Google Tag Manager.Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.Working with DTCjob.com
