As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be promoting the unique meetings experience of the Walt Disney World Resort, by advancing our award-winning accommodations, outstanding entertainment, world-class meeting and event venues, and more. You will report to the Sales Director - Resort Sales.

This is a Full-Time position.

What You Will Do:Develop meeting opportunities through new business acquisition, sales calls, tradeshows, and other sales activitiesDevelop targeted sales plans against assigned marketsDesign and host site inspections and client entertainment opportunitiesCraft creative meeting and event solutions representative of the Disney brandRepresent the Disney brand in all client interactions

Required Qualifications & Skills:At least five years of experience in Resort/Group/Convention Hotel Sales, National Sales, Global Sales, or Catering Sales, with at least three years at a Senior levelHospitality experience in a group/convention sales environment within the past two yearsExperience in sophisticated and complex groupsDemonstrated client management and knowledge of market conditions and buyers in national and competitive marketplacesProficiency with Digital selling, virtual site visits, and Social Media technology in a sales environment

Preferred Qualifications:Multi-Hotel or Cluster SalesDestination Management Organizations & Hotel Experience combined is a plusExperience in the Orlando marketLuxury brand experienceIndustry accreditation (CMP, CASE, CHSE)Participation in a local/regional/national hospitality industry organization

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
