Phillips 66 is seeking a talented

Multimedia Designer

to join our Brand Marketing Center of Excellence team in Houston, TX. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Brand Marketing, and collaborating closely with the Creative Director of Brand Marketing, this role focuses on crafting, editing, and delivering compelling digital and print designs across social media, motion graphics, video, and print platforms. As a key contributor to the Brand Marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting Phillips 66's corporate brand narrative and strategy.

We are looking for a passionate individual with strong visual design expertise and the drive to grow within the role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to handle administrative tasks, and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, they must be a team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities May Include:Develop and execute designs for print, motion graphics, and video while adhering to brand guidelines and meeting deadlinesCreate high-quality PowerPoint presentations and templates utilizing Slide Master, that are aligned with brand standards and corporate messagingManage and organize digital assets and metadata within our digital asset management systemCollaborate with contract vendors and designers to coordinate projects and obtain print quotesPrepare final files for digital and print productionLead tutorials on PowerPoint and the digital asset management system for internal teams

Required Qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the job posting country3-5 years of professional motion and graphic design experienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact digital and print designs, static and motion graphic designs and advanced PowerPoint presentationsAbility to incorporate stakeholder feedback into design projects with minimal supervisionProfessional email communication skillsSelf-motivated learner, eager to explore new tools and adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of CMYK/RGB color processes and appropriate use-cases for various file typesBasic understanding of video editing, photo retouching, and color correctionComfortable working in a PC environment

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with digital asset management systemsFamiliarity with content management systems
