The Johnson Matthey LEAD Programme supports the key capabilities of our business and the rapid professional progression of future leaders. Graduates on the LEAD programme will undergo leadership development while completing high priority business projects in the areas of
Science, Operations or Commercial .This application will be for consideration of your first rotation, although we encourage individuals to rotate into all project areas.Science projects may include:Apply scientific methods to solve complex research problems and bring new perspective to existing solutionsDevelop next generation catalysts to efficiently convert harmful emissions to environmentally friendly compoundsAssess environmental impacts of production technologies for R&D opportunityMethod design and delivery for product analysisSupport scale-up from lab to plant and standardize processes for day-to-day manufacturingCommission lab equipment and develop/deliver training to chemistsJM LEAD consists of
three rotations of varying lengths over 2.5 years in different business locations . The scope of each placement is designed to build upon the other and develop a robust technical and soft skillset. This experience will enable you to develop a wide breadth of understanding of the various businesses in our company. To support you through this and ensure proper development, we believe strongly in mentoring and coaching. You will receive plenty of care and expert career advice along the way through those partnerships.L

xpanding:
10-month rotation in the US (June 2026-March 2027)A
ccelerating:
12-month rotation on a global reporting structure which requires an international assignment or travel (April 2027-March 2028)D
