Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand.This role in summaryWhirlpool Corporation is seeking a Product Content Senior Analyst to join our Brand Management team who will be responsible for building and executing product content strategy for Branded product launches with a digital-first mindset. This includes critical activities such as delivering best in class go to market for new product launches and leading content gap closure for prioritized existing portfolios. Additionally, this role is responsible for ongoing oversight of product data completeness and accuracy, input into content production, and handoff to Retail and Regional Channel activation teams.In this role you will work cross-functionally across multiple key stakeholders to drive a consistent and seamless product launch at all branded touchpoints. You will be a critical member of the launch business team and be responsible for influencing cross-functionally, rallying internal teams around a shared brand experience, and looking for ways to drive internal and external advocacy for our products.Your responsibilities will includeStrategic thinking to maintain focus on our long term brand strategy while creating and executing highly impactful product launches.Collaborating closely with internal and external agencies to develop winning product content.Development of compelling product names and descriptions that communicate features, benefits, and unique value propositions for the product that align with brand guidelines.Ensuring accuracy of product content consistency and quality in line with brand guidelines, retailers requirements, and consumer/shopper preferences.Developing product marketing plans including market research, positioning, value proposition, and messaging that resonate with our target consumers.Ability to inspire work through others by developing stimulating briefs, initiating strategic feedback, and professionally demonstrating partnership when it comes to agency management.Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence.Travel up to 5% (ex. market visits, consumer research).Minimum requirements2+ years of experience in marketing or product management.Preferred skills and experiencesAbility to lead with a consumer-centric growth mindset and be naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and a desire to push beyond the status quo.Leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively.Excellent critical thinking, sound judgment, and effective decision-making ability.Proven success working in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment.A strategic and analytical mindset.Business acumen with the ability to use insights to drive action.Highly collaborative partner across functional groups.Experience with agency management: briefing, reviewing, and evaluating creative, and defining Scope of Work (SOW).What we offerGenerous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
