Senior Smart Contract Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 blockchains, focusing on security and gas optimization.

Perform thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts using advanced development tools.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Ethereum and blockchain technology to improve contract security and efficiency.

Contribute to the creation of internal best practices for smart contract development, including security measures and documentation.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.

Assist in the development of blockchain infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Proficiency in Solidity, with a solid portfolio of deployed smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).

Strong understanding of smart contract security practices and common vulnerabilities.

Familiarity with cryptographic techniques (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs, roll-ups).

Experience with Ethereum development tools such as Foundry and Hardhat.

Knowledge of DevOps practices for blockchain development is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and in a collaborative team.

Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 – $200,000 per year, along with performance-based incentives and token allocation.
